Wafer Failed to Load on Polish Head Rotary Union	One commonly overlooked souce for polish head wafer handling issues is the rotary union.  These contain carbon on ceramic seals and the carbon seals in particular are consumable.  These parts have a lifetime based on many factors but one is the number of revolutions.  The factory warranty is 1 year though they have shown the capability to significantly exceed this lifetime. Zero shift on Pad Conditioner	The pneumatic boards that control the actual pressure to the pad conditioner down force are often times overlooked and are not tested thoroughly on a regular basis.  Having a good pressure control system to the conditioning head will prevent the masking a potential problem during the calibration of the down force using a load cell.
